Инструкция по установке: Если у вас разблокирован смартфон то качаем и ставим, если нет, то файл
необходимо подписать с помощью SignTool (инструкция и прога в папке). Сертификат можно заказать - инструкция есть.
Русский язык выбираем в настройках: Tools/Settings/sеlеct pаgе/lаnguаgе и перезапускаем программу!
В папке два файла один подписан другой нет.
